Six string bass guitar made in Nashville by Jerry Jones. Tuned identical to an electric guitar, albeit an octave lower, the tone can be found on tracks like Hey Jude by The Beatles and Pictures of You by The Cure.
Built in the style of a 1960s era Danelectro with quality craftsmanship for touring and studio use. The Jerry Jones line has become sought after by musicians and collectors.
Body: Original Sea Foam Green finish over Danelectro style single cut body. Clear pickguard.
Neck: Maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard. Pearl dot inlays. 24 frets, 30" scale. Nut Width: 1 11/16”.
Pickups/Hardware: USA made lipstick pickups are strong at 4.0K for clear tone. Gotoh six in line tuners hold strong. Quality Alpha pots. Six saddle bridge provides spot on intonation.
Cosmetic Condition: Honest play wear with nicks in finish. No breaks. Well loved, not abused.
Playability: Notes ring out clear and true throughout the fretboard. Frets show some play wear with plenty of life left. Nice medium action.
Modifications/Repairs: Back plate may be a replacement.
